About these terms
These terms apply to use of this website and to work carried out by Epperstone Plumbing & Heating, owned and run by Bradley Underwood.
Quotes
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information available at the time; if unforeseen issues are found once work begins, we'll discuss them with you before going further.
Workmanship
All gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer (Reg. 977991). Our workmanship is guaranteed; manufacturer warranties on appliances and parts are provided by the relevant manufacturer under their own terms.
Insurance
We hold public liability insurance with Direct Line.
Heat pumps
Air source heat pump installations are carried out via certified umbrella schemes.
Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed in your quote or invoice.
